Why I’ve been trying to create a new restaurant in China
I’ve had a lot of fun trying to open a new Chinese restaurant.
I’ve even made a few friends along the way.
But I’m still trying to figure out what I want to do with it.
The restaurant, which I opened in April 2017, is the result of a three-year journey of hard work, dedication and determination.
First and foremost, it was a chance to be inspired by the best of the best in the business, and to be able to serve food that truly resonated with the people of China.
Second, the food.
The food is great.
My Chinese cuisine is a mixture of traditional Chinese and modern Asian, but I’ve never tried to replicate the taste of a Western restaurant.
My menu is all about experimentation, and I always try to make sure that what I create is both delicious and memorable.
The menu also offers a lot more variety than most traditional Chinese restaurants, including dishes like stir-fried shrimp, fresh-squeezed eggplant, pork belly, fish-and-chip dishes and more.
Third, the people.
I’m sure there are many restaurants in China that are a bit bland and boring, but my restaurant is a place where people can go and enjoy an authentic Chinese experience.
And that experience is what I hope to provide.
I am really passionate about helping Chinese people achieve their dreams, and this restaurant is just the beginning.
