(It’s also the first pie with no toppings.)
It was originally created by artist Marcela Sanchez, who created the flamingo motif on her home.
Sanchez is currently working on a book about the flamingos that will be available in 2018.
This flamingo pie has been used on hundreds of restaurants in New England and on pizza tours around the world.
